    Podcast 163 - Terrence Parker

Our next party will feature an appearance by Terrence Parker, who contributes a mix to this week’s episode of the podcast. The Detroit DJ has been a pioneer of the “gospel house” sound, which is as you can image, is somewhat uplifting in nature. After some period away from the scene, it’s great to hear one of the more dynamic and charismatic DJs around back on form.

I’ve also featured new records from the likes of Jonas Reinhardt and Loscil on the durable Kranky label, a new track by ERP on the Semantica label, the Myon track that made my records of the week recently, and a rather tasty James T Cotton track forthcoming on Minimal Rome.

    Tracklisting

    Gatekeeper - Optimus Maximus (Fright)

Andrew Thomas - Net to catch a ghost (Kompakt)

Jonas Reinhardt - Mirrored by a Nest of Pit Vipers (Kranky)

    Loscil - Lake Orchard (Kranky)

JTC - Basturma Highway (Minimal Rome)

    Myon - Blinding Energy (Heliocentric)

    ERP - Sensory Process (Semantica)

Terrence Parker mix - (No tracklisting)
